Global Design Project 178

Hello, I hope everyone is doing well.  It's been a very busy week for me.  I'm glad I had some time to do some crafting.  The Global Design Project this week is a sketch challenge.  The layout is simple but as you could see if you looked through the gallery there are some very beautiful cards.

This type of sketch is a good one to keep in mind for making quick and easy cards or to dress up with all sorts of embellishments.

The stamp set is an image from February's Paper Pumpkin kit. Check back later this week to learn more about Paper Pumpkin and see some of the great cards made with the kit.  The image was colored with Stampin Blends in colors of  Old Olive, Balmy Blue, Pineapple Punch, Soft Suede and Black.

The Designer Series Paper is part of the Botanical Butterfly's pack and is free with a $50 purchase.  Don't wait to order.  Several of the Sale-a-bration items have 'sold out'. The sentiment is from an Occasion's catalog set Needles & Thread.

Some of the other items used today were Starburst and Pretty Label punches, whisper white, balmy blue and so saffron cardstock.
